Advance payment is non-refundable, and full payment is required before check-in.

Room and floor preferences are subject to availability.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability; additional charges may apply.

Unmarried couples are WELCOME.

Children aged 5 to 12 years will be charged at 50%, while those above 12 years will be charged at the full rate.

All guests are required to provide valid ID proof (PAN CARD not acceptable).

Pets are strictly not allowed.

No laundry service is available.

Taxi drivers and visitors are NOT allowed inside the premises or rooms.

Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

Parents are responsible for ensuring children do not damage property or disturb other guests.

Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused by deliberate, negligent, or reckless behavior on the premises.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Charges: 30% will be applicable if cancelled or for a No Show.
