Reservation Terms & Conditions

  • Advance payment is non-refundable, and full payment is required before check-in.

  • Room and floor preferences are subject to availability.

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability; additional charges may apply.

  • Unmarried couples are WELCOME.

  • Children aged 5 to 12 years will be charged at 50%, while those above 12 years will be charged at the full rate.

  • All guests are required to provide valid ID proof (PAN CARD not acceptable).

  • Pets are strictly not allowed.

  • No laundry service is available.

  • Taxi drivers and visitors are NOT allowed inside the premises or rooms.

  • Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

  • Parents are responsible for ensuring children do not damage property or disturb other guests.

  • Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused by deliberate, negligent, or reckless behavior on the premises.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Charges: 30% will be applicable if cancelled or for a No Show.
